the two large master bedrooms on the top floor feature king beds, en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets They open onto private covered balconies that face the bay. The upper floor also features a TV sitting area and a laundry closet.

The main floor also features a large, open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a half bath. This room opens onto the huge main deck with outdoor dining table and chairs.

The beach is an easy 9-10 minute walk or use the available golf cart and bicycles. Sunset Beach has recently implemented paid parking. Parking will be free for our renters when using our golf cart. Renters will be responsible for paying the parking fee if they use their personal vehicle anywhere but the driveway at 1518 N Shore Drive. No pets please..
